Northwest Roof Maintenance Yesterday we also traveled out to La Center
r WA. to repair two valleys on a composition roof that where leaking due to improper installation. These are a very common problem on composition shingle roofs, especially if they have a lap type valley. We carefully remove the valley material, install new felt paper and... install new shingles into the valley to a water tight condition. We have done hundreds of these same type of repairs in the last few years.

Composition Roof Cleaning and Leak Repair, Scappoose Oreogn

Today we are going to Scappoose to clean the moss off a 2 story composition roof. We will also clean the gutters out and apply a moss treatment t0 the roof surface.
There is a leak on an out building that will be fixed as well. The ridge cap is installed improperly and a prior repair that was performed incorrectly will be corrected.
