Today we are power washing a large and steep concrete tile roof in the Falida area of Vancouver. We will use safety ropes and harneses to stay safe. The roof has moss and fungi growth that will be fully cleaned along with the gutters. After the cleaning we will spray a zinc sulfate treatment to the roof suface.
